My AC had not been serviced since we purchased our home in 2017. I contacted Comfort Heroes to schedule a maintenance checkup. Dominick arrived on time and was friendly, professional, and thorough. I had contacted Dominick after seeing a billboard in DHS recently and my family and are extremely grateful to have done so! Dominick was friendly, personable, and beyond informative. He ran us through multiple situations regarding our situation and helped us make our right choice. Technitian Dominick communicated with us via text so we always knew what to expect. The appointment was from noon to 3 and he was early and waiting for me when I arrived at 11:50. It took 30 minutes to clean the system he was respectful and gave advice and incites into the service of the system. The charge was exactly what was advertised.
Dominick was the technician that came by today (05/20/2024). On time and very courteous right from the beginning. We have gone through a few AC companies…and this was a very pleasant experience. Felt comfortable with him and appreciated his honesty and work…no hard sell at all…very efficient and so far looks like a great job overall.

Purchased our home a year ago and was told by the sellers agent that the ac had been serviced recently, had issues with it our first summer last year and home warranty sent out some weird tech from another company who just sprayed water and said we’re good. Fast forward to today when Comfort Heroes showed up and within minutes showed and informed us that neither of those other situations were the case! Our system hadn’t been serviced in years! As first time home owners we wouldn’t have known any better and Dominic educated us and broke down in simple terms for me lol what was going on. When things go wrong right before summer starts here in the valley. I was recommended to comfort heroes. Well let me tell you, I was iffy due to the fact that I don’t know if I could trust just any company. But I can’t complain about anything.
